SALVATION HOME

Our Story. Our Purpose.
Our Heart.

Founded on compassion and fueled by hope, Salvation Home was built to be the turning point for those who need it most.

How Salvation Home Began

Salvation Home was born out of a deep calling to serve those who had been overlooked and underserved. Recognizing the lack of safe, dignified transitional housing in our community, our founders set out to create more than a shelter: they created a home.

Today, Salvation Home stands as a beacon of hope for men, women, and veterans in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas.

Why We Matter

Myrtle Beach estimates between 1,000 and 1,200 individuals experience homelessness each year. Local experts note a significant portion are actively employed. However, a severe shortage of emergency shelter beds leaves many with few legal housing or sleeping options.
